Terms of servise
Vintage quality
All artworks are vintage or secondhand, which means that there is a possibility that some items have some signs of use. This will always be mentioned on the page of the product and keep this in mind when you purchase the item. Colors on the pictures may also deviate from the original product, we try to photograph them as true to color as possible. You are always entitled to ask for more pictures, just let me know by e-mail (info@twofolddesignstudio.shop).
Shipping
We pack our artworks with great care and put fragile seals on the boxes. However, as we sell fragile artworks, things do not always go well during shipping. Please bear this in mind. If your artworks are damaged during delivery, please contact us.
Shipping cost

Shipping within the Netherlands:
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are a flat rate of EUR 6. It may take up to 5 working days to prepare the artwork. The estimated delivery date is given as a guide, but is not a contractual date. They are subject to change due to delivery problems.

Shipping outside the Netherlands:
It may take up to five working days to prepare the artwork. The preparation time for pre-orders depends on the expected arrival date of each piece. Please note that these dates are not contractual and are subject to change due to delivery problems, customs procedures, etc. Customers living outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address.
Customs Duties and Taxes

Customs Duties:
For international orders, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes when it arrives at your destination. You are responsible for paying any such customs duties and taxes that apply in your country. -
Import Taxes:
These charges are typically levied by the customs office of the destination country and are collected by the delivery service (e.g., courier or postal service). You must pay them directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery. -
Responsibility for Customs Fees:
You, the customer, are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. If you refuse to pay the customs fees and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs from your refund. -
Customs Declarations:
For international shipments, we will complete all necessary customs declarations according to the regulations of the destination country. However, it is important that you check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. -
Refunds for Customs Issues:
We are not responsible for any delays, fines, or losses caused by customs procedures. In the event of a delay or confiscation of the shipment by customs, we will assist in providing relevant documentation, but we cannot be held responsible for any customs-related issues.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order. Let us know beforehand that you will return some items and which ones. Please return them unused and in the original packaging. Costs of shipping is for your own bill. If the items return damaged, then no refund will be given to the buyer. You can also bring them back to me, just let me know in the e-mail and we can schedule a bring-back appointment.
Damages
twofold Design Studio is not liable for damage caused by third parties or for consequential damage caused by misuse or by a defect not foreseeable for twofold Design Studio.
VAT
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. If you are a corporate shopper, please let us know if you require an invoice.
